Susan Santos, CPE, is the owner and primary practitioner of Head to Toe Permanent Hair Removal, a licensed electrology practice providing permanent hair removal services in accordance with established professional standards, defined scope of practice, and applicable state regulations. She completed formal education at the Utah School of Hair Removal in 2022, with comprehensive training in clinical electrolysis modalities, infection control, and patient safety.

Susan provides evidence-based electrology services for individuals requiring permanent hair removal due to endocrine disorders, dermatologic conditions, or significant psychosocial impact. Treatment planning is individualized based on hair characteristics, skin type, treatment area, and relevant medical considerations.

Susan is licensed to practice electrology in Utah, California, and Hawaii. She holds the Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) credential through the International Board of Electrologist Certification (IBEC), reflecting advanced clinical competency, adherence to ethical standards, and ongoing continuing education requirements.

She maintains active professional memberships with the American Electrology Association (AEA), the Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal (SCMHR), and the Electrology Education Coalition (E2C), ensuring continued alignment with current safety protocols, treatment methodologies, and standards of care.
