Susan Santos, CPE, CCE is the owner and primary practitioner of Head to Toe Permanent Hair Removal, a licensed electrology practice in El Dorado Hills, California. She completed formal training at the Utah School of Hair Removal in 2022, with comprehensive instruction in clinical electrolysis modalities, infection control, and patient safety.

Susan provides evidence-based electrology services for individuals seeking permanent hair removal due to endocrine disorders, dermatologic conditions, or significant psychosocial impact. Treatment planning is individualized based on hair characteristics, skin type, treatment area, and relevant medical history.
She holds dual national credentials: the Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) through the International Board of Electrologist Certification (IBEC) and the Certified Clinical Electrologist (CCE) through the Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal (SCMHR) — both reflecting advanced clinical competency, ethical standards, and ongoing continuing education.
