Susan Santos is the owner of Head To Toe Permanent Hair Removal and a licensed electrologist dedicated to providing professional, individualized permanent hair removal.
Susan completed formal electrology training at the Utah School of Hair Removal and holds the Certified Professional Electrologist and Certified Clinical Electrologist credentials. She is licensed to practice electrology in California, Utah, and Hawaii.
Her approach to electrolysis combines technical precision with something equally important: listening.
Susan understands that clients come to electrolysis for many different reasons. Some are dealing with PMOS (PCOS) or hormonal facial hair. Some have spent years tweezing the same stubborn hairs. Some are seeking gender-affirming care. Others simply want to stop shaving a particular area.

Devon is a California- and Utah-licensed electrologist, trained at The Utah School of Hair Removal, and a licensed esthetician, trained at Sacramento's Paul Mitchell School. Devon brings a gentle, detail-oriented touch to permanent hair removal, treating each session with the same care and precision regardless of the area or the reason behind it. Her esthetics training gives her a deeper read on what's happening beneath the surface: how skin responds to treatment, what it needs before and after a session, and how to protect it along the way. She guides clients through pre- and post-treatment care so they get the results they want without compromising the health of their skin.
